So here it is…the global video phenomenon from Northern Ireland’s finest school (according to the Sunday Times, don’t take my word for it).
I’ll let you guess which of the stars is my daughter.
Over 1,000 kids, staff and supporters were involved in the making of this and it shows the wonderful sense of community at a wonderful Grammar School.
(I should make a disclaimer that I also attended the school – although rather a long time ago).

Wonderfully refreshing insight into the great atmosphere and sense of belonging enjoyed by the pupils who are all so rightly proud of a great school. Well done again, Friends’.
Really put a smile on my face this morning. A fantastic example of teamworking and school having the fun element. Well done to everyone.

Shame they had such a terrible Rugby team
Joel frankly I wouldn’t know whether it was/is good or not. More of a hockey school I’d presume. Produced Olympic gold medalists in my era like Jimmy Kirkwood.
As daughter #2 is facing the rigours of Grammar application this year, even tho’ daughter #1 is already in Friends, am rightly concerned about the weight of applications they are likely to receive this year!!
#1 caught the hockey bug and is dancing in the Assembly hall!
